Mr. Kang has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including 12 years in Vietnam market since 2007. He was the pioneer who laid the foundation for Mirae Asset Securities (MAS) in Vietnam and quickly led MAS to become the largest foreign-owned securities company by market share in the country (Top 4 in 2023, according to HOSE). He has successfully developed and overseen similar business models in major financial hubs like South Korea, while also establishing operational offices in Brazil and Los Angeles. Guided by the philosophy of "Client First" Mr. Kang has consistently promoted the diversification of securities services, continuous technological innovation, and investment in local talent to best serve clients.

Dr. Kim is the Chief Financial Officer and the board director of Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited (MACM). He has a decade of experience in the field of finance across investment, business strategy and financial control & audit. In prior to joining the MACM, he worked at the Global Business Strategy Division at Mirae Asset Securities in Seoul, Korea, the headquarters of the Indian entity, and used to be the fund/asset manager at Mirae Asset Global Investments. He also worked in the Mirae Asset Consulting, as well as Hotel Shilla Co., Ltd, of Samsung Group Affiliates. He holds Ph.D. in Business Administration with specialty in Finance and Business.

Mr. V. Robinson Francis is the Chief Audit Officer of Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited. In his role, he oversees the Compliance, Risk and Operations functions of the Company. Mr. Francis joined Mirae Asset Capital Markets in 2018 and brings more than 26 years of experience in financial services managing Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Administration, Compliance and Risk. He has a diverse experience in setting up the operations of Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternate Investment Funds and Broking business (Institutional & Retail). Prior to joining Mirae Asset Capital Markets, he was associated with reputed organisation viz. Aditya Birla Sunlife, Alliance Capital, Fidelity India, Bharti AXA, Prudential of US, etc.

Hina has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a proven track record of increasing digital revenues. Her expertise lies in the areas of digital acquisition, strategy, digital revenue growth, program management, team management, product development, driving automations and managing tele-sales & customer experience. As Chief Business Officer at m.Stock, Mirae Asset Capital Market, she oversees key business divisions such as Digital Acquisition, Digital Business & Customer Excellence. She has been leading the key digital initiatives and has launched new revenue generating solutions for customers. Previously, she worked as Senior Vice President, Online Business with Motilal Oswal Financial Services. At MOFS, she was instrumental in setting up key digital business initiatives & taking it to profitability. She has also worked with firms like Aditya Birla group & Bonanza Portfolio in the past.
