Mr. Jisang Yoo is the CEO of Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited since January 2021 and has recently assumed the role of CEO at Mirae Asset Sharekhan. With over 20 years of experience in Capital Markets, including Brokerage, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Asset Management, Mr. Yoo has held key leadership roles globally. After 6.5 years with Mirae Asset Mutual Fund in India, he transitioned to the U.S. market, managing the entire business of Mirae Asset AMC USA. He later served as CEO of Mirae Asset Wealth Management (Brazil) and Mirae Asset Global Investments (Brazil), overseeing major divisions in Latin America. Mr. Yoo has over a decade of experience in India’s capital markets and was instrumental in the growth of Mirae Asset Global Investments (India) during his tenure as CEO from 2012 to 2016.

Mr. Kim is the Chief Financial Officer and the board director of Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited (MACM). He has a decade of experience in the field of finance across investment, business strategy and financial control & audit. In prior to joining the MACM, he worked at the Global Business Strategy Division at Mirae Asset Securities in Seoul, Korea, the headquarters of the Indian entity, and used to be the fund/asset manager at Mirae Asset Global Investments. He also worked in the Mirae Asset Consulting, as well as Hotel Shilla Co., Ltd, of Samsung Group Affiliates. He is currently the Ph.D finance candidate and his paper, “Investment Performance of ETPs Related to Crude Oil,” has been awarded by Korea Exchange (KRX) in November 2021.

Mr. V. Robinson Francis is the Chief Audit Officer of Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited. In his role, he oversees the Compliance, Risk and Operations functions of the Company. Mr. Francis joined Mirae Asset Capital Markets in 2018 and brings more than 26 years of experience in financial services managing Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Administration, Compliance and Risk. He has a diverse experience in setting up the operations of Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternate Investment Funds and Broking business (Institutional & Retail). Prior to joining Mirae Asset Capital Markets, he was associated with reputed organisation viz. Aditya Birla Sunlife, Alliance Capital, Fidelity India, Bharti AXA, Prudential of US, etc.

Mr. Jain is currently heading Institutional Business (Equity and Fixed Income) at Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited. He has around two decades of industry experience. His diverse experience includes Institutional Equities, Capital Markets, M&A, PE and Sector Coverage. Prior to joining Mirae, he was with Axis Capital Ltd. He has also worked with Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities. He is an engineer from IIT Madras and MBA from Purdue University.

Mr. Chaudhry is the Chief Business Officer leading the Retail Business Division at Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited (MACM). Arun Chaudhry is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the broking industry. He leads the Operations, Product Development, Digital Initiatives, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Product Sales, Partner business, Data Analytics, and Strategy teams. Under his leadership, MACM has built a global technology-led brokerage platform, ‘m.Stock’, that is revolutionising the capital market investment space in India. Before joining Mirae Asset Capital Markets, he has worked at India’s top financial groups such as Motilal Oswal and ICICI Securities, and holds an MBA degree from Institute of Management Technology, Dubai.

Mr. Warrier is the head of Information Technology Division at Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited. He has about 3 decades of experience in leveraging innovation & strategy for Project Management, IT Infrastructure Management, Information Security Governance, Technology Operations, Business Analysis, People Management, Process Engineering across BFSI domain. In his previous role was the Chief Information Officer at NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited, and worked at NIIF, IDFC, 3iInfotech, Tata Asset Management Limited. He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Commerce, Masters in Bank Management along with other qualifications in technology and Finance.

Mr. Nair is the Deputy Chief Technology Officer, leading the technology initiatives for Retail and Institutional Business at Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Ltd (MACM). A technology veteran with over 24 years of experience in broking industry. Hari is a pioneer in building Online Trading technology in India. At MACM he leads the technology architecture, application stack, performance engineering & technology operations. Before joining MACM, he led the technology teams at JP Morgan India, Motilal Oswal Securities & HDFC Securities to scale their broking platforms. He holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Speciality in Information Technology.

Hina has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a proven track record of increasing digital revenues. Her expertise lies in the areas of digital acquisition, strategy, digital revenue growth, program management, team management, product development, driving automations and managing tele-sales & customer experience. As Digital Head at Mirae Asset Capital Market, she oversees key business divisions such as Digital Acquisition, Digital Business & Customer Excellence. She has been leading the key digital initiatives and has launched new revenue generating solutions for customers. Previously, she worked as Senior Vice President, Online Business with Motilal Oswal Financial Services. At MOFS, she was instrumental in setting up key digital business initiatives & taking it to profitability. She has also worked with firms like Aditya Birla group & Bonanza Portfolio in the past.
